Inner pain is not knowing why she is so sick,

Inner pain is being to young to understand why she died,

This inner pain I know so well,

Inner pain is not knowing, until they can't hide it anymore,

Inner pain is not knowing how to say it to her, and then having her die the next day,

My Grandma,

This inner sadness I know so well,

Inner pain is being old enough to understand, but not old enough to do anything about it,

Having him so close for so many years, then he suddenly dies,

My Grandpa,

This inner torment I know so well,

Having one of your family members be more like one of your closest friends, than an adult,

Then on a trip, have it ripped suddenly away, unable to go to her funeral, not knowing until we got back,

My Aunty,

This inner ignorance I know so well,

Loving him for so many years, playing, telling him secrets, fourteen and a half years of love,
